We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, we’re here to help!

🕒 Cancellation Window

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order or before the order has been processed/dispatched, whichever comes first.

Once your order has been packed or handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled.

🔄 Refunds (if prepaid)

  • If the order is canceled in time, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will simply be canceled with no refund required.
